By accessing, registering, or using any part of the z888 platform at z888.cam, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the z888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings at expiry.

By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game outcome and the z888 server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative and final. z888's decision in such matters is final and binding.

• Bets placed after the closure of a market, after a sporting event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), or during a known software malfunction will be void.
• In the event of a manifestly incorrect price or odds being offered due to a system error, z888 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes to the affected accounts.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Stakes will be returned to the player's z888 account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

z888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to help players manage their gambling activity. All registered z888 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your z888 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the z888 platform without prior written consent from z888.
• The z888 name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of z888. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the z888 platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the z888 platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond z888's reasonable control.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game rules, odds, or pricing that result from technical malfunctions, subject to the void bet provisions in Section 7.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your z888 Login credentials or from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to notify z888 in a timely manner.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit z888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through z888's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
